Introduction

The Reverse Cup Vending Machine is an innovative and environmentally conscious solution aimed at reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices in the coffee industry. This project aims to design a vending machines that incentivize users to recycle their used coffee cups by providing them with awards, discounts, and offers in exchange. The machine's primary objective is to promote the reusability of coffee cups, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable planet.

Objective

The main objectives of the Reverse Cup Vending Machine project are as follows:

Encourage Recycling: The vending machine will motivate users to recycle their used coffee cups by rewarding them with valuable awards and exclusive offers.
Reduce Waste: By promoting cup reusability, the project aims to significantly decrease the number of disposable cups ending up in landfills and oceans.
Raise Awareness: The project seeks to increase public awareness about the environmental impact of single-use coffee cups and the benefits of recycling.
Establish Partnerships: Collaborate with coffee shops, cafes, and environmentally conscious organizations to install vending machines in strategic locations.
Data Collection: Gather data on user participation, cup recycling rates, and user preferences to continuously improve the effectiveness of the vending machine program

I prepared a questionnaire for the client. I gave him different options regarding form, color, material, surface finish and additional trending design details. By doing this it became easy for me to understand what is the client requirements.
